This South-South partnership brings together a regional association and a national one. Its main objective is to strengthen organizational capacity of ANEMO to function as a well-structured, sustainable national association for nurses.
Capacity Building Targets APCA will draw on expertise within their international network to work with ANEMO in the areas of organizational development, policy review and development, board development, stakeholder involvement, and advocacy. By joining APCA’s network of national associations, ANEMO and other member organizations in neighboring countries can support each other by sharing materials, best practices, and experiences. |
