The Twinning Center supports twinning and volunteer activities as part of the implementation of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, which has identified 15 focus countries in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. These countries are home to approximately 50 percent of all people living with HIV worldwide.
